Learn to “How do I make this better?”

In 2026 I want to try to get my brain to default to one question: “How do I make this better?”

It doesn’t go there naturally. Usually it just notices what’s off, what’s irritating, what’s not working.

But I’m catching myself more. When I do, I redirect.

Morning’s slow? How do I make it better?

Conversation didn’t go well? How do I make it better?

Work’s not moving? How do I make it better?

Not consistent with it yet. Some days I forget.

Other days I remember once or twice and it helps.
