There’s only one “I” in team, and it’s me.
I hate doing life in groups.
Group projects, group decisions.
Too many opinions. Too much noise.
Everything gets slower. Weaker. Messier.
Same goes for work.
The meetings. The team-building. The forced collaboration.
It drains me.
If you want the best out of me, leave me alone.
Let me move at my pace.
Think in peace.
Work how I know best.
That’s when I figure things out.
That’s when I actually get things done.
Not everyone works this way. That’s fine, but I am always right.
