If you Host on Airbnb, Read This

If you rent out an Airbnb, you should stay in it.

At least once every 3 to 6 months.

Not to clean. Not to check in.

To live in it.

If you don’t, you’ll never notice the leaky tap, the wobbly chair, or the lamp with the flickering bulb.

You won’t feel the drafty window or the mattress sag unless you sleep there yourself.

A few nights in your own listing tells you everything reviews don’t.

How loud the fridge hums.

How stiff the shower knob is.

How annoying it is to have one power outlet across the room.

That’s how you catch the friction.

That’s how you fix what wears out slowly.

You don’t need to overthink it.

Just block it out, move in for a night or two, and take notes.

Because comfort doesn’t scale unless you check it yourself.

And when you take care of these little bits that many others will overlook,

you’re allowed to price it higher simply for that flawless experience.
